The Best Friend Crew tells the story of David, a tiny mouse who loves to play with his friends. But when a ferocious cat named Goliath interrupts their pirate game, the fun comes to an end. I’m Carol, I’m a full-time wife to my loving husband, mom to 3 littles and 1 dog, and also a full-time employee at a nonprofit organization. So, why not add author to the mix? I wear many hats, but I love each one.
I’m a children’s book author located in the state of Michigan aka the Mitten State.
In the day I’m the typical mom: planned, organized, and systematic. But, in the wee hours of the morning or late in the evenings, a switch happens in my brain. That’s when a symphony of stories, visions, and ideas begin to take root.
My children are the inspiration behind all that I do. Because of my deep love for my own kiddos, I’m passionate about seeing children grow and learn about how brave and strong they are. My books are filled with heartwarming friendships, bravery, and character-building themes that will encourage children and adults alike.
My hope is that my writing inspires parents and children to do good in the world and leave a trail of light that reaches far beyond just what is around them now – but also shines bright for generations to come!
Tickets
This is a free event requiring a ticket to hold your place. The program will last approximately 30 minutes and is limited to 15 guests. We ask that if you are unable to attend, you return your spot on Eventbrite so that someone else can use it. Please only reserve ONE TICKET PER GUEST for children 6 months and older, Parents/guardians do not need a ticket. We ask that a maximum of two guests accompany the child/children in each group.
