Campus Kids Days: Autumn Adventure @ Campus Martius Park
Campus Kids Days Presented By Corewell Health returns to Campus Martius Park for summer 2025! Families are invited to enjoy this free series of fun-filled Sundays featuring themed entertainment, interactive activities and engaging experiences for kids of all ages. It’s the perfect way to make the most of a Sunday in the heart of Downtown Detroit. Our Campus Kids Day event series is presented by Corewell Health and supported in part by the Detroit Zoo. The Michigan Science Center will also be in attendance at all Campus Kids Day events, bringing fun in the sun with unique activations and stations. exhibit. Our Autumn Adventure event will feature a “Detroit Builds Basketballs” innovation station courtesy of Detroit CHEMpreneurIST.
From cardboard to court-ready: Participants will channel curiosity into creativity by designing basketball games that reflect their vision, values, and voice that are centered on play, and people-first thinking. They will learn how great ideas evolve through creativity, empathy, and trial and error. Whether you’re crafting a one-of-a-kind hoop or engineering a new way to play, this is where Detroit comes together to build, problem-solve, and dream big.
