KORE ALLURE – Floor exercises, stretching, pelvic concentration, breath work, and strengthening. Core and pelvic floor exercises help women by strengthening the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, and bowels, improving bladder control, enhancing sexual health, and reducing the risk of pelvic organ prolapse. These exercises also contribute to better posture, core stability, and overall physical wellness, especially after childbirth or during menopause.

The Detroit People’s Food Co-op’s North End Hot Bar offers a variety of delicious, ready-to-eat meals, making it a popular choice among community members. The grocery store operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing convenient access to snacks, water, and refreshments. During the Food Commons Marketplace events, held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday, visitors can enjoy these offerings while supporting local vendors.

5pm to 9pm – Family Table Games & Children’s Corner

The Family Table Games and Children’s Corner at the Food Commons Marketplace will be a vibrant and fun-filled space where kids can laugh, learn, and play in a safe, welcoming environment. This engaging setup allows mothers and fathers to fully participate as vendors, knowing their children are enjoying meaningful activities nearby. It’s a beautiful way to blend family, business, and community—creating a space where everyone belongs and thrives together.

6pm to 9pm – Food Commons Marketplace

The Food Commons Marketplace is a wonderful opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to rent a table and share their unique crafts, jewelry, clothing, books, and other handmade or creative items with the community. It’s more than just a marketplace—it’s a vibrant space that celebrates self-determination, economic empowerment, and community pride. By supporting local vendors, we’re fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and helping individuals turn their passions into thriving businesses.
