Family Yoga @ 8 Fold Yoga

Bring your little ones!!! For a super fun experience, we’ll go through beginner postures, work on calming breath techniques, play with instruments, chant, play. Please register your child as a student and sign the waiver! registration  is for both you and your child, you only need to sign up for the class as an adult, as long as we have the waiver on file for both you and your children! Whole family’s are welcome! Pay what you can!!!!

*Note: Family yoga classes at 8 Fold Yoga are now community based, pay what you can through the summer!
