Mom + Baby Yoga @ GVST Wellness

In this Jananibala-style mom + baby Yoga class, moms and their pre-walking babies will slow down, reconnect, and rebuild strength—both physically and emotionally. You’ll move through gentle, strength-building postures that incorporate your baby for bonding and playful connection. We’ll explore breathwork tools to help you reset anytime, anywhere, and create space to connect with fellow moms on a similar journey. Feeding, changing, and soothing your baby during class is always welcome—this space is for both of you. Laura Correa, founder of JananiBala Yoga, blends storytelling, movement, and mindfulness to create playful yet deeply nourishing yoga experiences for children, moms, and families. Her classes inspire curiosity, connection, and calm while supporting moms in reconnecting with their bodies, finding joy in movement, and sharing mindful moments with their little ones.
