For Mom and Baby
This class is for moms and baby. Bring your baby and connect with other moms in a relaxing space, recommended for babies 3 months – pre-walking. This class is designed to strengthen and relax your body while fostering a special connection with your baby. The flow will offer gentle movements and stretches (with variations to intensify) to support postpartum recovery, improve flexibility, and reduce tension. Incorporating your baby into the practice allows for bonding through tough, playful interaction, and shared relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this class offers a welcoming space for moms and babies alike. Come as you are and enjoy a moment of mindful movement and connection.
