Mother Trees: Inner Mentor Vision Boarding @ Evolve Therapy Space

Join us for an evening with Cara Rossi, a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) for a reflective, creative workshop designed to help you connect with your inner mentor — the wise, steady part of you that already knows what you need.
Through a gentle guided reflection, you’ll be invited to meet this inner mentor and listen for the messages, values, and intentions they hold for you. From there, you’ll bring that inner wisdom to life by creating a personal vision board that reflects how you want to feel, grow, and show up in the year ahead.
This workshop is an opportunity to:
– Tap into your inner wisdom and intuition
– Clarify intentions and meaningful goals
– Cultivate self-belief and self-compassion
– Use creative expression as a tool for reflection and growth

No artistic experience is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
Materials: Basic supplies will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring magazines or images that resonate with them if they’d like.Come as you are, and leave with a visual reminder of the guidance that already lives within you.
Because of our updated time and location, we are going to try making our gatherings mothers-only. Of course, babies in arms are always welcome.
