Parent/Kid Yoga @ 8 Fold Yoga

Bring your little one (1 per parent please!) For a super fun experience, we’ll go through beginner postures, work on calming breath techniques, play with instruments, chant, play. Please register your child as a student and sign the waiver. The $25 registration fee is for both you and your child, you only need to sign up for the class as an adult, as long as we have the waiver on file for both you and your child.
