MOMMY MEET UP IS BACK!
And this time we are welcoming, Dance Movement Therapist and Professional Counselor, Kandice Moss of @mosstherapyandwellness for some guidance in emotional wellness and using movement as therapy for navigating it all.
As always, make this session what you need it to be. Come solo for self care time or bring the kiddo if that works best!
This Saturday. 2-4pm. Pregnant and up to 3 years Postpartum. FREE. Do NOT have to be a Pelvic Noire client.
