We’ll explore breathwork tools to help you reset anytime\, anywhere\, and create space to connect with fellow moms on a similar journey. Feeding\, changing\, and soothing your baby during class is always welcome—this space is for both of you. Laura Correa\, founder of JananiBala Yoga\, blends storytelling\, movement\, and mindfulness to create playful yet deeply nourishing yoga experiences for children\, moms\, and families. Her classes inspire curiosity\, connection\, and calm while supporting moms in reconnecting with their bodies\, finding joy in movement\, and sharing mindful moments with their little ones. DESCRIPTION:Date(s): 11/09/2025 – 11/09/2025 \n\n\n\n\nTime:  1:00 pm – 2:30 pm \n\n\n\n\nOverview:\nJoin us for our monthly programs to discuss and experience the wonderful organisms and places found in Michigan! We will discuss topics that are relevant to the animals\, plants\, seasons\, and history of this great state. Every session\, participants will add to their “Wild Michigan Booklet” that will be provided. A special giveaway will also be provided to those who complete their booklets by attending all 12 programs at the end of the year. \nWhat to Expect:\nThis family-friendly program takes place indoors and outdoors. Participants will take a short\, guided outdoor hike on compact gravel trails with plenty of time for exploration and questions. Hikes will vary in length from .5 to 1 mile. \nAges: 5 and up.\nTime: 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.\nCost: $5 per child\, $5 per adult\nLocation: Lake St. Clair Metropark\, Nature Center \nPre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nImage Source
