Wright Museum of African American History as we celebrate the life and legacy of Malcolm X\, one of the most influential and thought-provoking leaders of the 20th century\, in honor of what would have been his 100th birthday. \nThe museum will commemorate this historic milestone on Saturday\, May 17\, with a powerful day of programs\, including engaging discussions\, dynamic performances\, and interactive workshops designed to educate\, inspire\, and reflect on Malcolm X’s enduring impact on the Civil Rights Movement and global Black liberation. \nThen\, on Monday\, May 19—his actual birthday—we’ll continue honoring Malcolm X with a special behind-the-scenes tribute on our social media platforms.
