Laura Correa\, founder of JananiBala Yoga\, blends storytelling\, movement\, and mindfulness to create playful yet deeply nourishing yoga experiences for children\, moms\, and families. Her classes inspire curiosity\, connection\, and calm while supporting moms in reconnecting with their bodies\, finding joy in movement\, and sharing mindful moments with their little ones.
