DESCRIPTION:That’s not a typo you see\, this Sunday is all about the “Superb Owls” of Michigan! Celebrate today by learning all about Michigan’s amazing owl species. Dissect an owl pellet\, make owl themed crafts\, then go for a walk on our trails in search of our resident park owls. After our walk\, there will be a presentation on how to interact with and keep owls safe in wild spaces\, as well as how to provide owl-friendly habitats in your backyard. \nWhat to Expect:\nThis family-friendly program takes place indoors and outdoors. Participants will take a short\, guided outdoor hike on compact gravel trails with plenty of time for exploration and questions.
