DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next installment of our new Second Saturdays Series at the War Memorial! We’ve got a fun Saturday morning line-up for kids and their families. Each program is just $10 per child (adults are free and so is the coffee!). \nDoors open at 9am\, with all activities set up station style\, and the onstage performance scheduled for 10:00am. These themed monthly events are designed to provide a preview of some of the classes\, camps and other experiences we host at the War Memorial throughout the year. Meet some of our instructors and learn more about programs offered at the War Memorial before you commit to a whole session. Plus there’s free coffee for parents\, and an indoor place for the kids to run around and burn some energy during those long Michigan Winter weekends. DESCRIPTION:All participants ages 3-5 are invited to our Nature Play for Pre-K series\, exploring a different topic every month. This series is hands-on with a discovery focus. We will start with an introduction inside and then head outside to explore\, so please come dressed and prepared for the weather. \nThis month\, we will explore the signs of spring! We will use all our senses to discover what is new and fresh with the start of spring. We will go on a scavenger hunt looking for different signs of spring starting and winter ending – can we find everything on our scavenger hunt? \nPreregistration is required. Included with the price of admission. Payment for children attending is made online at the time of registration.
